Juan and his two sons came early and were ready to go. He explained what their workmanship would consist of and what I should expect. I was delighted with the outcome and their exquisite eye for detail. An area in the back had to accommodate a small stream and turned out better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend and am ready and happy to discuss my experience with anyone considering Britlin Fence.

They were a solid company to do business with from start to finish. At the initial call, they were very professional. I was able to make an appointment to receive a quote and on the day we schedule that, they showed up on time. We did a walkthrough of the project area, where I was able to explain what I would to have done. They were able to answer all my questions at that time. Their first quote came in higher than another company's, so I was honest and explained that to them. They not only matched but also beat the other company's quote by using the same products they were going to use. On the day the project was scheduled to be worked on and completed, they showed up on time; the workers were very friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had. They even went above and beyond by allowing me to use one of their wheelbarrow to move some bricks that I had in a different location to another spot for a later project of mine. They provided suggestions for the fence project to help exceed my expectations and completed the additions without increasing the project’s cost.

I highly recommend this company and would 1000% call them again for any fencing project that I might have in the future. They're very friendly, approachable, and customer-focused when it comes down to it. Thank you again, Britlin Fence, and please continue doing great work out there!

They replaced three gates that had been troublesome since they went in three years ago. It’s great to have high quality gates. They were on time and great with communication.

We hired Britlin Fence for our project, our experience was excellent from start to finish. Roddy and Tara came to our home, took precise measurements, provided a detailed quote, and even showed us picture samples of the final product. Communication with the company through text and email, was always quick and helpful.

Britlin Fence was willing to match the price to a lower quote from a different company, which made a big difference for our project budget.

Juan and his team arrived early on the scheduled installation day and completed the work efficiently in about three hours. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we are very pleased with the final result.

I highly recommend Britlin Fence for your next fence project. They are professional, reliable, and stand behind their work.

Roddy and his team were great to work with. Roddy took the time to explain all of our options for the fence. When we told him some of our current issues, he would explain how they would build the fence to fix them. The fence looks amazing!

We recently had our fence replaced by Britlin Fence, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

One of the things that immediately set Britlin apart was owner Roddy's involvement. Unlike many contractors where a salesperson provides the estimate and then disappears, Roddy was on-site every day overseeing the project and often working alongside his crew. That level of personal commitment and accountability is rare these days.

The entire crew was outstanding, especially foreman Juan. He was professional, friendly, fluent in English, and took the time to answer questions and communicate throughout the project. His sons, Juan Jr. and Alberto, his brother Gilbert, Stone, and the rest of the team were equally hardworking, respectful, and detail-oriented.

The quality of workmanship was exceptional. Before completing the job, the crew carefully inspected every section of the fence, correcting anything that didn't meet their standards, even recutting and replacing nails and boards where necessary. Their attention to detail was impressive.

What truly impressed us, however, was how they treated not only our property but our neighbors' as well. While accessing adjoining yards to replace shared fence sections, they noticed one neighbor's gate was literally falling off its hinges and no longer functional. They repositioned the hinge, added support, and made it usable again—at no charge. They also repaired a deteriorating section of another neighbor's fence that wasn't even part of our project. They genuinely left the neighboring properties in better condition than when they arrived.

At one point, we changed our minds about the direction we wanted our gate to swing after it had already been built. The crew rebuilt the gate to accommodate our request and never charged us an additional penny.

In a world where finding contractors who take pride in their work can be difficult, Britlin Fence stands out. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none. We would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence contractor.

Hands down the best fencing company you could get. There replaced a good neighbor fence. Did an amazing job. replaced 84 feet, and gate in about 4 hours and cleaned up, left the fence looking amazing. Roddy is honest, won't upsell you, and his crew is super nice and just great people overall
